Cayman Islands - Enjoy The Exotic Flora and Fauna

Cayman Island is full of varied colors with some of the exotic flora and fauna. The Cayman Islands is in the western Caribbean and is constituted of three islands - Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. Christopher Columbus first discovered the two islands of Cayman Islands and named them Las Tortugas. But by 1530, the island was being called Caymanas, a Carib Indian word used for marine crocodile.

In present day, Cayman Islands have several flights to the United States, the United Kingdom and other nearby countries. On landing to this exotic island, you will be amazed to see wide range of indigenous flora and fauna. You might get to see agouti, bats, non-poisonous snakes, iguana, fresh-water turtle, land crabs and some species of tree frogs.
